The first ever Indo-Polish collaborative film, No means No, launched its trailer recently in an event at the Hotel Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. The event was attended by many big names from Bollywood including Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vivek Oberoi.
The first trailer of the movie was met with much excitement from audiences and has already crossed 2 million views. It was given the award for best international trailer of 2021 by Midday & Jagran Group. Judging by how excited the mass media has been about the movie it is pretty clear that No means No is almost a guaranteed success.
The cast includes names from both India and Poland like Gulshan Grover, Sharad Kapoor, Dhruv Verma, Natalia Bak, Anna Guznik, and Sylwia Czech. The music in the film comes from the legendary mind of Hariharan and also his son, Akshay. Singers like Shreya Ghoshal and Arvinder sing also helped make the music of the movie possible.
News about the film has been circulating in Bollywood, and Hollywood as well. International channels have also covered the story of how this movie, directed by Vikash Verma, is looking to improve relations between Poland and India. Celebrities from Bollywood and Hollywood along with important government officials from both India and Poland have voiced their support for No means No and have wished the project good luck for its release.
The film has been shot in both Poland and India, with the action sequences being shot in freezing cold temperatures in the snowy Polish mountains. Significant part of the movie was also shot in the beautiful Polish town of Bielsko Biala.
